Greener Wool at Made in Wool
For the third consecutive year, Greener Wool is taking part in Made in Wool, the Belgian event dedicated to wool, its many applications, and the promotion of local wool. Over seventy exhibitors from Belgium and neighbouring countries showcasing the versatility, sustainability, and relevance of wool today. We look forward to welcoming you at our stand.
Specially for Made in Wool, we have had a new batch of Mergelland wool spun, this time by Flanders Fiber Mill. This new production is therefore 100% Made in Belgium. The Mergelland sheep is one of the rarest sheep breeds in the Low Countries today, and the future of the breed remains uncertain. As a result, only limited quantities of wool are available. This yarn has therefore been produced in a small batch, so be sure to visit us early if you’re interested.
